Walking along the beaches, our founder was saddened to see the beaches she has walked along since childhood now littered with plastic debris (bottles, bags, packaging material) washed up on the shore from our beautiful oceans
Already an anti-chemical advocate for health and wellness reasons, KB has used primarily glass packaging from the start. “I can taste the chemicals seeking into my (plastic) bottled water left in the sun, I couldn’t have our carefully formulated ingredients then polluted by being housed in plastic packaging”.
These two profound concerns all led to a deep passion throughout the KB culture to make sure we do what we can to keep our products clean as well as our beaches!
