How do I participate?

If you already have an account on KatBurki.com, then you're all set. If not, just click the JOIN NOW button at the top of this page to get started. Once you're registered with our online store, you can earn points to redeem for future rewards. (Pro Tip: Shopped with us before? Use the same email you used to shop on KatBurki.com).

How can I earn points?

You earn points simply by making a purchase on KatBurki.com. You also earn points by participating in any of our promotions like creating an account or leaving a product review (limited to 2 reviews per month). We encourage you to leave an honest review - don't worry, we can take it 😉.

I've made purchases in the past. Why don't I see points from those purchases?

Our rewards program launched in mid September 2022, so you will only be able to accrue points from that date forward. At this time, we are unable to offer you points on past purchases.

What can I redeem my points for?

At this time, you can redeem your points for $10, $25, or $50 off your next order on KatBurki.com.

1,000 points = $10
2,500 points = $25
5,000 points = $50

How do I redeem my points?

You will need to set up an account to redeem your points (Pro Tip: Use the email you used to shop on KatBurki.com and you'll get 100 points instantly after creating an account). Once you've set up your account, simply login and click the "Redeem Now" to view your reward options.

How do I check my points balance?

Simply log into your account and click "Rewards History" to view your current points balance.

Does it cost anything to join your rewards program?

Joining our rewards program is 100% free. 

How does your referral program work? 

After you log into your account, scroll down to the bottom of the rewards page and you will find a section where you can refer your friends "Give $40, Get $40." You may copy your unique referral link or click to share your unique referral link via email, sms, or social media.

Your unique referral link will direct your friends to our website where they will be prompted to enter their email to confirm the referral.

*Please note, this will only work for friends who have not shopped on our website before. Our program will flag anyone trying to use the code themselves, so you won't be able to use your own link, sorry! 👀

A successful referral is completed only when your friend clicks your unique referral link and places their first order that meets the minimum amount (not including coupons). The minimum amount cannot span across several purchases. For example, your friend must place one order that has at least $90 in their cart for the $40 referral coupon to be applied. If the $90 minimum is not met, the referral coupon will not be applied and they will see an error message.

Once your friend completes their first purchase using your unique referral link, you will receive 4,000 points (equivalent to $40).

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately.

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion.

Do my points expire?

Points are active for 12 months; they only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 months—meaning you haven’t made a purchase on KatBurki.com in one year.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

Can I redeem my points in store?

At this time, redeeming points for coupons or discounts can only be done online at KatBurki.com.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

Sorry, points may not be purchased at this time. We require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed.

What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?

From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
