Natane’s Lab

Natane BoudreauWhen we at Nourish magazine decided to make our first film, we knew we wanted it to have a message of strength, wisdom and courage - all of which we have seen and endured this past year. Most importantly, we knew it had to incorporate the values of wellness, and consciousness in our environment and with ourselves, things that we hold so dear at Nourish and Kat Burki Skincare.

We knew if we focused our attention on Natane Boudreau, whom we have known for some time as a 90’s iconic model, which segued into acting film and directing, that the end result would be a beautiful and inspirational piece. With her dedication to following a path of conscious living, which led to her latest venture - Natane’s Lab, perhaps her most important journey so far - we have a valuable subject indeed!

Natane itself, means ‘daughter’ in Arapaho Native American Indian. She grew up with parents who were very close to Mother Nature, followed a macrobiotic lifestyle and were devout Buddhists - even as a child, Natane carried tofu to school in her lunchbox! These values stayed close to her heart during her time travelling around the world, modeling and acting. Along the way she also discovered Transcendental Meditation with the David Lynch Foundation, and programs such as Landmark Education, to help create a solid map for her life’s work.Natane Boudreau

One thing that Natane considers to be fundamentally important, is consciousness in action - waking up every day with a burning desire to plant seeds, to disempower narratives that don’t serve us any longer, so one can love with one’s truest life purpose.

Natane also believes that, from a very young age, we start to express what our purpose is, even without realizing it. Most often this expression is missed. Parents, schools and society need to recognize and nurture a child’s passion which, in turn, becomes their legacy.

She lives with intention, and a passion to change education for kids, and to encourage individuals to recognize in themselves, their true value - if you are clear and conscious, you are a force to be reckoned with. Natane’s legacy is to unearth the shadow side of humanity.

Natane offers 3 x weekend-long transformational workshops, held Upstate in Woodstock. They are led by master teachers, focusing on self-expression, creativity and one-on-one private coaching.
