Holiday Cocktails on Fire
December 18, 2021
Let the holiday festivities begin! As we spend time with close friends and loved ones, we have collaborated with our friend and food stylist contributor, Alison Attenborough, to come up with the perfect accompaniment! 4 fabulous cocktail recipes for the ultimate party celebration:

French 75
INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 Servings
1½ oz gin, such as Hendrick's
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
2 oz Champagne
Long spiral lemon twist (for serving)
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
Strain cocktail into a large flute or coupe. Top with Champagne, garnish with a lemon twist.

Icy Bellini
INGREDIENTS
If you don’t have peach puree on hand, I love to add a scoop of fruit sorbet - could be mango , peach , orange or pink grapefruit. This Could equally be served as dessert!
2 oz fruit sorbet
4 oz chilled champagne or Prosecco
Add the zest of grapefruit, orange, or lemon depending on your sorbet flavor
Add a small scoop of sorbet to the bottom of a champagne flute . Top with champagne and citrus zest

Celery Kamikaze
INGREDIENTS
I love this slightly saline version of the kamikaze - it’s lighter than a Bloody Mary. You can add a drop of hot sauce if you like it spicy.
2 oz vodka
1 oz celery juice
1 oz lime juice
½ oz cointreau or triple sec
½ oz simple syrup
Celery to garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, cover and shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a celery sprig.

Malaysian Negroni
INGREDIENTS
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 sprigs thai basil - save I sprig for garnish
½ a thai chilli, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a sprig of thai basil.
Thanks so much!
