Fall Beauty is Here
October 23, 2021
As Summer slips into Fall, the seasonal change brings with it, not only added layers of clothes to brave the colder temperatures, but sometimes the application of heavier makeup.
Our beauty director, Angie Parker, shows us how to keep skin feeling hydrated and looking glam, with a simple, light daytime makeup regime to make the most of all those Fall hues. For that extra wow factor, as day turns to night, she will also give us an easy step-by-step guide to take it up a notch, with a more dramatic makeup effect.
Follow these easy skincare steps to create that perfect Fall glow:
KB5 Eye Recovery Masks
Vital Hydration Blast
Super Nutrient Elixir
Form Control Marine Collagen Gel
Vitamin C Intensive Face Cream

KB5 Recovery masks hydrate and help to diminish fine lines and wrinkles

Vital Hydration blast is the perfect 10 min skin prep before a shoot or going out, it makes the skin very moist and feels softer instantly, helping with dryness in these colder days.

A simple day time make up with fall hues of color - a soft purple over the eye and a warmer cheek, paired with a sheer lip, creates this easy and subtle fall day look.

With this day make up we went towards an autumn bronzy tone, which works well with Gilly’s hair color, a slightly brighter cheek to add more warmth, and again paired it with a sheer lip to keep the feeling very easy day make up.

As we take Gilly into evening we slightly exaggerated her eye by stretching the color further out, then went darker on the lip with this gorgeous deep brown with a hint of purple. As you can see for both look’s we have kept the skin very sheer and you can see her gorgeous freckles.

For Londyn’s evening look we went more dramatic with her lip, keeping her eye color the same and adding a touch of gloss to make it shiny, and then really pumped up the lip color with the striking deep plum which works so well with her skin tone. Londyn also has very little make up on her skin, just a touch of concealer where needed.
When your skincare is working, your make up can focus on eyes and lips, to add the freshness and beauty of sheer skin.
