- regular ground shipping is free until March 1, 2012.
- shipping rates are determined by FedEx calculator.
- how long will it take until I receive my order?
delivery of in-stock items ship immediately and can take up to 5 – 7 days for regular delivery. - will my order be taxed?
sales tax is applicable only for items shipped in Connecticut at a rate of 6%. - do you offer overnight shipping?
yes, you need to click on the overnight night option and the delivery date will be determined as well as the shipping cost. - can I return an item?
we accept returns of un-washed, like-new condition or defective merchandise. returns must be made within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price. after 10 days, the product is not available for return credit. returned merchandise should include vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

all Kat Burki fragrance items, beauty, personal and body care and candles are manufactured in the U.S.. - are your beauty products “green”?
the Kat Burki Body & Bath collection is completely natural. our beauty bars are organic, and our crèmes, lotions and gels are made with over 80% organic ingredients. our candles are made with 100% renewable soy wax. all products are cruelty free. - who designs your packaging?
the print you see on our beauty bar boxes, crème boxes is called “Doré”, a print designed by Kat Burki and exclusive to the company. Kat Burki uses this signature print, our elegant medallion logo, use of gold foil and signature green color to create beautiful and stylish packaging – a staple characteristic of the brand.
